I just moved into one of the newer buildings, and so far it has been a wonderful experience.
I see a couple things that I would like changed, but it is just minor things. Other than that this is a great community at a reasonable rent rate. My neighbors are nice and I rarely ever hear anything from other units.
I have another 10 months on this lease so hopefully things stay the way that they are right now.
