You can hear EVERYTHING! Including, whenever anyone comes and goes, tvs, CONVERSATIONS word for word!!, People above me having SEX!!!! It is so gross!! I shouldn't have to listen to my neighbors having sex! I can hear them walking around, opening and shutting their sliding door at 3:00am! They claimed to have "great" sound proofing, when its obvious they dont have any!

I have filled numerous complaints, and they have none nothing! The staff is so rude. Esp. The main guy. He is a jerk, whenever i complained about anything, he was like, "well... i dont have that problem with MY apartment..."

The apartments are cheap, bc everything in them are cheap! The paint comes off if you just wipe it with a dry cloth! The carpet is nasty, and it's brand new. I live on the first floor, and have a HUGE insect problem! It is nasty. My fridge makes loud noises, and its new.

Thats too bad you feel that way!! Ive lived here from the 1st building built!!! This is not a home, or insulated like a home!!! We all live in a apt. community you are gonna hear your neighbors from time to time. The office staff is outstanding!! and so is maitance. They have always took care of any issues Ive had. I have had nothing but good things to say about W.H.P. I got a brand new apt. and havent had any issues in my apt. for 3 years. Ive come to know the manager and he is a very fair and helpful manager!! The grounds and buildings are emaculate! So if you want really good insulation go live in a home....this is an apartment community. Sounds like you have never lived in apartments before!!
