I come from Chicago and I mean inner city Chicago. I dont' see rats hanging around in the stairwell and I live alone that means alone (no mice or cockroaches). The noise you are complaining about is heaven to my ears ( a couple making love, a family watching TV together and the footsteps of friends visiting). In Chicago your hear sirens all the time, gunshots ring out in the night and god forbid but the scream of a young lady being raped!! No friends to visit it is just to dangerous. The grounds, if you want to call them that, was black dirt under all the garbage that has become common place in the city.
Let's now look at West Hampton Park in context. The staff do a fantastic job of resolving those issue which are within their control. The grounds are green and well kept I see someone everyday out picking up garbage probably from complainers like you who are only thinking of yourselfs. When I hear a siren I am concerned, I look out my window to see if I need to be, because they are such a rarity. The noise that we hear in an apartment complex Like is a reminder of how remakable it is to live in this country and afford the basic services we have. If you are looking for luxury and solitude, I did see in a magazine a island in the carribean that is for sale $ 10,000,000 which includes water on all four sides and nobody around for miles.

IF YOU ARE THIS KIND OF PERSON, WHO LIKES ALL KIND OF NOISES!!!!!!!!!!!! AND HATES RATS AND COCKROACHES, COME AND LIVE HERE,SAY NO MORE. By the way if you don't live in these apartments, your other choice is an island in the Caribbean that is for sale $ 10,000,000 which includes water on all four sides and nobody around for miles. come ooooooooooooon , that's ridiculous, like there is no other apartment in town.
