I have lived here for just under a year now. I will admit that the problems with sound are valid. That being said lets get real, this is an apartment. This is something that you are going to be found in just about every complex you go to. One of the things that I heard when I first moved in is that the internet sucked. This stopped me from getting it at the time, the complex even admited this. Just recently got a new system that is running at 3Mbps, not the best but not bad. I live on the first floor and bugs have been a problem, but since they came in and sprayed it has gotten much better.
The grounds are great and well kept, every morning they have people walking around and picking up trash, no matter what the weather is like. In the winter you rarely have to wory about snow on the sidewalks, however they could do a better job on the roads. Also this is one of the few places where I could trust leaving items on the porch on the first level with out fear of it being stolen. Before we had to remove our grills (thanks to the Fire Marshal) everybodys was out on the porch with out being chained down (try doing that at most other places).
The utilities are great. You can't beat paid gas heat in Nebraska. Over the winter utilities ran about 35 and in the summer anywhere between 45-65 for a one bedroom. I would absoulutly reccomend this to anyone. If you have more than one person living there I would reccomend getting a two bedroom, the one bedroom is a bit small for two people.
