This apartment complex is nothing but a joke. Management changes at least about every 3 months. Everytime someone has to have something done to the place, fixed, or replaced, they will find a way to charge towards the tenants.
When rent was paid, and our checks had cleared the bank, they had still written an eviction notice, and had given it to us sometime after 6 p.m. on Friday, after office closing hours. As it turned out, they had written out our rent in the "wrong ledger", and still never received an apology due to their mistake.
We got charged for additional charges, that were not mentioned on our check-out time, but was taken out of our deposit without mentioning it.
Not to mention one of our reasons for moving here was to rent a garage, saying that one would be available. None were actually available, until about 4 months left on our lease. If you want an actual space to park after 10 p.m., you can plan on walking at least 2 apartment houses away from your usual parking space. Non-tenants take up all the closest parking spaces, and leave before 8 a.m. in the morning. Kids constantly roam around the parking lot unsupervised, and yet still nothing is done about it.
Oh, and you might be concerned about heavy rain storms in this parking lot. Since there is only one way in, and out, you might need to buy a boat to get through the parking lot. The parking lot turns to a large lake when it rains, since it takes a while for the drains to handle the water.
Don't rent here if you actually want to get some customer service from the office for you money's worth.
