Everything is true...everyone is not lying about this complex. They are the worst of the worst. They may say their being confused with another complex across town.. don't be fooled, they are the one.
This apartment complex and management is the biggest joke in the area. Heavy turnover with maintenance staffing and management. If there's something reported wrong or need fixing.. you will end up waiting two to three months for repairs and look forward to being charged. They will find a way to charge you for all expenses.
I posted dated a check to pay rent in advance to avoid any late charges while being on vacation and they cashed the check anyway causing excessive charges to my checking account. After the dates and check /memo was high-lited.
Expect to be charged additional hidden charges at the time of move out. Furthermore I had to call their corporate office to have charges removed that was actually noted in the move-in agreement. And I still end up paying excessive charges that was not mention during the moveout walk-thru which during that time they found nothing wrong, and everything / rooms, etc. was cleaned.
Whenever there's a heavy rain storm.. your cars and whatever you may have in your garage maybe water damaged due to poor drainage of their parking lot. Water in the parking lot has been as high as 2 feet your more causing damage to the interior of my car and items that was stored in the garage. There is also excessive flooding on the grounds during that time causing heavy mud in the play ground area. Taking weeks to dry out.
Warning...the management is very underhanded and not trust worthy. I'm sure there are many other victims who has not taken the time to rate them.
I would not recommend them to any one.

When I moved in to Autumn Park, they immediately put in new carpet and tile throughout. I only wish they had done this before I moved in, if that was their plan. I had to put up with furniture stacked everywhere while they finished. The staff are polite but oh so strict. I suppose they have no leeway thanks to management, because they are strict on everything.

This apartment management and rules are absolutely ridiculous! This is the only apartment complex in GI that makes you sign a year lease every year instead of going month to month and WHAT A RIP OFF!! When you get ready to move out...expect to pay big time! No matter how long you lived there. They tell you "all it costs if you do a year lease and break it is 1/2 month rent". So that's what we did...broke our year lease (after 3 years) and paid 1/2 month rent. Move out after we give our 30 days notice and wala...we are expected to pay the 1/2 month rent PLUS rent until our lease is expired! WTF?? Lies, lies, lies! Needless to say we didn't get our deposit back and it cost us an extra $1100 to move out b/c our lease wasn't up! And only because they had other apts to rent out first. Well, if you didn't rip everyone off, you might not have so many open apartments! NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT FROM AUTUMN PARK or any of M.TIMM properties! You will fully regret it! I am so glad we are out of their but wish we had our money back that they said we didn't have to pay and had to! What a joke! Oh...and expect to probably have your cars ticketed in the parking lot. The water damage the other guy was speaking of ruined several of our family pictures and even our classic cars we had in the garage! Their response...you shouldn't use your garage for storage...vehicles only! It's a freaking apartment complex! Are you kidding me! There are so many more things I can vent about this place but this is enough for now. Surely enough to make you not rent an apartment from here! Worst place in town!
