This apartment management and rules are absolutely ridiculous! This is the only apartment complex in GI that makes you sign a year lease every year instead of going month to month and WHAT A RIP OFF!! When you get ready to move out...expect to pay big time! No matter how long you lived there. They tell you "all it costs if you do a year lease and break it is 1/2 month rent". So that's what we did...broke our year lease (after 3 years) and paid 1/2 month rent. Move out after we give our 30 days notice and wala...we are expected to pay the 1/2 month rent PLUS rent until our lease is expired! WTF'' Lies, lies, lies! Needless to say we didn't get our deposit back and it cost us an extra $1100 to move out b/c our lease wasn't up! And only because they had other apts to rent out first. Well, if you didn't rip everyone off, you might not have so many open apartments! NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT FROM AUTUMN PARK or any of M.TIMM properties! You will fully regret it! I am so glad we are out of their but wish we had our money back that they said we didn't have to pay and had to! What a joke! Oh...and expect to probably have your cars ticketed in the parking lot. The water damage the other guy was speaking of ruined several of our family pictures and even our classic cars we had in the garage! Their response...you shouldn't use your garage for storage...vehicles only! It's a freaking apartment complex! Are you kidding me' Invest in some sand bags and knee high rubber boots and get ready for the rain to cut down on damange in your garage! There are so many more things I can vent about this place but this is enough for now. Surely enough to make you not rent an apartment from here! Worst place in town!

Oh yeah...my bedroom ceiling literally had icicles hanging from it in the winter! This building is so poorly built. Your walk-in closets are either a sauna in the summer or a walk in freezer in the winter! NO INSULATION!

I might as well keep going. The idiot maintenance guy came and knocked on my door one day to fix the sink back up in the neighbor's sink. It only took him ALL day to do it and then we get home from running errands and there is a bill on our door for $88!! WHAT' We didn't even call maintenance and our sink wasn't backed up'! If it was, I sure as hell wouldn't have called maintenance...I would've called someone that knew what they were doing and I guarantee it wouldn't have taken ALL DAY to unclog a sink! If you can fix it yourself...do it before you call maintenance or prepare to be billed for $30/hour in labor outrageously priced materials! THIS PLACE SUCKS!
