We lived in Bellwood Square apartments for about 6 months. Our 2-bedroom was a great size and had an awesome walk-in closet. The kitchen was nice, too, with updated appliances, and our bathroom had been recently remodeled. The on-site management was very responsive and easy to work with. The hallways weren't always the cleanest, especially in some of the other buildings. We lived in the same building as the manager, so I think ours was a little quieter and cleaner than the others. Also, we had a second-floor apartment and could sometimes hear noise from the basement and main-floor apartments through the ventilation system. Also, the children playing outside were sometimes noisy. The deck and pool were great. We ended up leaving the apartment because we wanted more privacy for our growing family. In the interest of full disclosure, I know this apartment complex had at least one serious crime issue after we left. However, these apartments are great and the managers are great people! Overall, we would recommend them, although I would ask the management about safety before moving in.
