i lived there for a year and the management there was nothing but excellent. There is a park with a lake right by the townhouses. It is a pretty laid back complex. The apartments are a lil old fashion'd but i think thats what i liked about it. The Townhouses were nice but a lil retro. Nice neighbor in grand island,... parks and schools near by.
