Don't Do It - Well, might as well add to the reviews. When I moved in, I received new carpet and new tile throughout. They could have done that before I moved in instead of waiting for me to get all my furniture in the place. If you rent a garage, they expect you to close your garage door when you leave and when you return. Bad management, unorganized Claimed i had not payed rent when i had proof from the bank that i did. Every manager excet one has been underhanded. They have gone through many managers. One had there kids taking things from peoples apt. Been here 4 years and have seen it all. The building is nice

Deposit Fraud! They took all of my deposit! I left that place SO clean. I clean behind every little thing and they still found a way to rob me! Don't rent here ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very unprofessional The management just do not understand housing management. There is no time difference. Maintenance might be drilling in the middle of the night without regards to noise to occupants.
