Saracen Courts Apartments 400 Carr Street, Vermillion, SD 50% Recommended May 30, 2008 - " The location is a little crappy, since I'm a student, and it's one of the furthest apartments from the university, but everything else is pretty good about this place. The managers are awesome, really easy going, not nosey. Maintenance issues get taken care of right away. I did face mold issues, but it came off easily with bleach.
