I HAVE LIVED AT THE COTTAGES FOR 10 YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AND THAT IS SAYING A LOT. LANDLADY IS A VERY NICE WOMAN, VERY ACCOMODATING. MAINTENECE IS WONDERFUL AND GOES BEYOND HIS JOB DESCRIPTION. ANY PROBLEM IS FIXED THE SAME DAY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BUG IN MY APARTMENT. THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. CARPETS ARE ALWAYS NEW AND ALWAYS PAINTED WHEN A PERSON LEAVES. I FEEL VERY FORTUNATE TO BE HERE. THE PLACES ARE SUPER SAFE WITH VERY BRIGHT OUTSIDE LIGHTING. THIS IS A 55 PLUS APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH LOTS OF AMMENTIES. CARRY- IN'S, MOVIES, A LIBRARY, COFFEE'S, A WALIKING CLUB, AND FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS.

I just moved in The Cottages and attended my first pot luck dinner, along with 32 other residents. It was great and the people were so friendly. I had a few very small maintenance problems and the maintenance man fixed them the same day I called - I am very impressed!! The property manager is very nice and couldn't be more helpful. So I would highly recommend The Cottages. The people are so friendly and it is definately a dog lovers haven :) I also feel very safe with all the outside lighting...
