Nice, Nice Nice Just relocated into the kearney area. Complex was very professional and helped me in all ways possible. It seems to me that so far it is a very quiet place to live and all the staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. I would definatly recommend this place..

2 BDRM. 1 Bath Apartment It was the best place we ever lived. The price is income based which helps. The manager was every friendly and helpful. People all around us were very nice and friendly. We liked it so much that we are trying to get back in them after moving back from Texas.

4 Leaking ceiling reports, no action -- mattress ruined We have lived in Grandview for over a year, will be a total of one year and nine months when our lease is up.

kiss your deposit goodbye Grandview is a nice place to live, but don't expect to get any of your deposit back. they keep 150 for carpet cleaning, which is fine, except when I moved in my carpet had stains still in it so they kept the previous tenants 150 and didnt clean the carpets.
