Wonderful apartments, horrible landlords

This is my first apartment since college graduation. The building, apartment and grounds are exceptionally nice. The office workers are helpful and courteous as well. Unfortunately, this apartment complex is owned by the Richdale Group, and I've had nothing but problems with them from the moment I signed the lease.
Four weeks after signing, there was an accounting error on their part that they expected me to correct. Several sheets of the lease were never signed, they didn't have any paperwork ready to be filled out (OPPD, Aquila), both of which require hefty deposits. The corporate office does NOT return phone calls, they are exceptionally rude and dishonest and refuse to accept responsibility for their mistakes and the mistakes of their employees.
I would NOT suggest renting apartments that are owned by the Richdale Group. Their properties may be above average, but their customer service and business ethics are far below those of their peers.
