Richdale - No concern for tenants, Apt Mgrs lack any common sense & knowledge!

The Richdale group has no concern for the tenants, their resident managers have no authority to make any decisions and will argue to the death even though you will most likely come out a shining star because they don't know anything and are not willing to look it up, until you throw the truth and in front of their faces. Apartments are pretty decent but the management to sum it up...SUCKS!!

Apartments are nice and in good condition, but the dispute resolution sucks. If you are falsely accused by another tenant, the Resident Relations person doesn't even bother to get your side of the story or gather evidence and instead treats you as if you're guilty until proven innocent, issuing an insulting form letter with a vague legal threat.
