Richdale/Slosberg - are you kidding me!'!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to live in any of their properties! Not only do they hire a bunch of incompetent half wits to run the property offices, they will do anything and everything to squeeze every single last penny out of you and give you absolutely NOTHING in return. Alpine Village is the complex I lived in for 3 1/2 years, during that time there was only a swimming pool the first summer I lived there - their idea of a pool and mine differ completely, an empty lot with orange snow fence and a pile of dirt with weeds taking over isn't my idea of a swimming pool! It took me 2 years to get my screen door replaced and the one they gave me still wasn't any good but was a little better than the non-fitting, track falling off POS I had before! Their "weight room" is a room with a bunch of junk equipment that is damaged or doesn't work properly - it's grungy in there and the club house is dated. But yet they continually up your rent like they are in competition with other complexes that can ask $750-$800.00 a month for rent. Hey Richdale, you don't even have half of the amenities other complexes in La Vista have. You rank more closely with apartments like Hearthside - hey, and they even have a pool! Filthy hallways, not enough parking, unorganized, rude employees, noisy apartments, leaky windows that when it's 10 below zero out - you'd swear you had the window open! (they won't fix that either) Cheap EVERYTHING inside the apartment itself down the flat paint where they couldn't even take the time to cover every spot on the walls, cheap carpet wasn't stretched or laid properly was bunched in the middle of the room and there was glue splattered on the walls from the very start. They will totally not care about you, THEIR CUSTOMER - they look out for themselves period, they just look for their next rent check from you and they think their job is done. They kept my deposit, and charged me another months rent after I gave my 30 days notice, and called the apartment office to verify with them that by my giving my notice on a specific date, it would fulfill my lease agreement and I was told YES! (this is where the incompetent half wit office staff comes in) WHAT A JOKE!
