Decent Apts, Managment Horrible

The apartment itself is decent, new carpets, repainted kitchen cabinets and new floor before we moved in. The buildings are just too old. The electrical system is weak, can't even run a space heater while ANYTHING else is on. But overall decent. However if you are getting a garage, be very careful of the most south-ward garages, they leak more than you could imagine. They were contructed with the backwall underground and made up of 2x12's stacked on top of each other. When I asked the managment to fix, they said (and I quote) "They have leaked for 30 years, and always will." I leave nothing on the ground. After a rain I will have an inch of standing water in the garage. That is how the managment is, they don't care, they know thier property is old, and they are not willing to invest the money we pay every month into fixing anything.
