These people must have there heads in there a**. I havent even lived there and they pissed me off. I am 18 and make 530-600 a week and they needed a cosigner. So i got one from my parents. My girlfriend and my 4 month year old son were going to move into a 2 bedroom 1 bath room. But anyway I called the office to see about signing the papers and then i was told all i need is another cosigner. I allready paid to hold the apt. tell the 15th. So i got the other cosigner and dropped it off and talked about picking up the keys on the 15th and deposites i would need, after that i was told i was good to go. i got a call today saying i not accepted for the apt.. so now because of them i wont have a place to live for awile and items in a storage that will be there longer then expected so i need to find a place for them. THANKS ALOT ALPINE. If your going to tell someone one thing dont change you dam story on them. Get your managment straighted out, idk if some of you people there could run a post card stand.

Most places don't even rent to 18 year olds and the few that do would be stupid not to require a cosigner. Don't take is offensively but a lot of teenagers are not responsible enough to rent without cosigners.

To the person above me: You are a bigot. Teenagers learn responsibility by being given responsibility. Secondly, get some reading comprehension. The author said TWO cosigners. I took out a loan for my first car at that age with only ONE cosigner, and it cost more than two years worth of rent at this place.
