I to had lots of problems with the Richdale Group. They also tried to screw me after I moved in and signed their lease. I fought them and won. I wonder how many people just pay the extra deposits etc. without knowing there rights. the apartments are nice and large and a resonable price. I personally do not want to work with such people so I will leave after my lease is up and will never come back.
