I moved in here the first of December, and I've really had no troubles with anything. I've only had to have maintenance here once, for the garbage disposal, but thats because somehow a penny got in there, so nothing that was the apartments fault. I love the washer and dryer, and I think the one bedrooms here are very reasonably priced for all you get. Tammy in the office, is great, and parking is never a problem for me, or friends when they visit. I've had no problems with noise, I mean sometimes you can hear the lady above me walking around in the morning before work, but its an apartment complex, if you don't want sound, get a house, or go live out in the country. I love it here. It'd be nice if we could have digital cable instead of Dish network, since a lot of our movie channels that we pay for don't seem to come in. Not the apartments fault either though really. If I didn't need to move into a two bedroom apartment, I'd love to still live here, but I found out I was pregnant early March, and can't afford the two bedrooms here, with the cost of a child as well. But I'd recommend Brentwood Park to anyone.
