Parking is okay, but the water sprinklers always go off and leave hard water spots on your car. Noise is an issue. You can hear everything that your nieghbors do and say or watch! You can hear everyone in the hallway and everything outside your apartment. The walls are very thin. The grounds are okay, but there was alot of standing water in the parking lot and in the grass. Construction is horrible! Like I said noise is an issue because everything is so poorly built. We had a garage and the garage was even more poorly built, we asked for a new one, but they refused. It was more like some tin over some boards than an actual building. The staff was also a joke, very poorly managed in our experience. They would never give you a straight forward answer and even messed up our deposit after we moved out. I finally ended up dealing with only the corporate people because the management did not even know what was going on! I would never recommend moving in here!
