I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I have been living here for almost two years. The ONLY reason I haven't moved yet is that they have a full size washer/dryer in the unit and it is close to work. The building I live in is poorly constructed to say the least. My windows and doors don't seal. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. This is worse when you have a smoky neighbor. The management staff seems nice but the maintenance staff is worthless. Also the halls got painted recently and it looks like a second grader did it. The rent keeps going up and up so now my little 700 sq ft apartment is over priced. Other apartments might be close in price but they have more amenities. All Brentwood has is a pool. I'm in a first floor apartment and the sinks and shower drain extremely slow no matter how often I clean. I've been told that I am lucky that my first floor apartment hasn't flooded yet. They don't get COX cable only dish network which goes out every time it so much as rains. I could go on forever.
