I moved out because of relocation after and year and a half. Brentwood was pretty good, especially for the price. The full size washer & dryer is great since most places don't offer it. I really liked the large kitchen and large size overall of apartment. Maintenance was always very quick to fix any problem I had.
The office staff was always super nice & remembered my name & what apartment I lived in. I think that was great.
My complaints would be the fact that my apartment faced the railroad tracks & sometime they could even make your bed shake. Also, I had REALLY rude & loud neighbors that would place video games cranked all weekend long. Not to mention the guy that stomped down the stairs every day at 4 am.
I would definately recomment the place, as long as the neighbors are considerate. The complex is not gated, but it felt safe, so not a huge deal. Wish there would have been a gym, but the pool was decent.
Overall, a nice sized home for the price & quiet location.
