I think this is a great place to live. I have been in 2 apartments now and I have liked both. I spent 3 years on the 3rd floor (loved the vaulted ceilings), and for the last year have been in a 2nd floor apartment. The 3rd floor was great, the only time I heard anyone was when they were in the hall way, I rarely heard people when they were in their apartments. Now that I'm on the 2nd floor i can hear a little more, but that is to be expected. My upstairs neighbors don't make a lot of noise. Both of my units have backed up to the train tracks. It was hard to get used to but after a month or so I slept right through and actually got used to the sound. I really like the washer/dryer in the units. The only appliance I needed to go get was a microwave and the ones provided work great. Although my rent has gone up every time I have signed a new lease, I know that I am still getting a good deal for the money I pay. I have looked around and after taking into account that the only utility I need to pay is OPPD I come out ahead. I'm not home enough to have cable but the regular stations are routed through the cable outlet so those come through crystal clear. The office staff is great, and any time I have had to call for maintance they have been quick to respond and able to take care of the issue.

I highly recommend these apartments. With the soaring prices of gas the fact that you don't need to pay that utility is wonderful! I also really love the fact that I don't have to go out to do laundry and pay to use the machine. I can do laundry any time of the day or night.
