The managers of this place told me that I had not paid the rent and left a nasty gram on my door giving me 2 weeks to vacate. I went to the office and one of the maintenance staff tried to stare me down for unknown reasons, even though they had no idea why I had just come in. When I asked to speak to the manager, I had to wait for them to end what appeared to be a phone call to one of her boyfriends. When I showed both a copy of the cashed check and a bank statement showing that the rent check had indeed been cashed, she argued that this wasn't possible. Though I did convince them that the rent had been paid, her apology was lukewarm at best. I went in a month later to pay the rent and since my lease was up, asked about the conversion to month to month, I wanted to know how that worked. A different bimbo in the office told me flatly..."You don't have to do anything but pay your rent....we'll give you NOTICE of whether your rent will increase or not" She heavily stressed the notice part. The apartments themselves are fine, but the people working here really are rude and that in itself has made me decide to find another place to live.
