Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
Great living environment. The hallways were kept clean and the unit was in great shape. We had cathedral ceilings, nice deck w/closet and the apartment was kept in good condition. Our garage had a garage door opener and we used the pool and exercise room often.
We stayed at Eastpointe until we purchased a house.
Parkview Heights is a GREAT elementary school and was remodeled prior to the beginning of 2001/02.
Security was not very good in that residents propped the doors open and the maintenance was not quick to respond to requests to secure our building.
