I lived in the East Pointe Apartments in 2001-2002. The apartment was very clean and well maintained (I did not have to clean in order to move in) and had washer-dryer hookups which was convenient. The cathedral ceilings and fireplace was nice. Nice floor plan but not overly spacious. Nice sized bathroom and bedroom with walk-in closet. Nice sized kitchen with new appliances. Management left a housewarming gift that consisted of a plant, popcorn, candy and coupons to local restaurants which was nice. Close to Bakers, Walmart, and other local businesses on S 84th Street and close to I-80. Nice quiet area when I lived there. Only moved because rent was steep.
