Nice place, snobby people

The apartments are nice, but the people who work there can be pretty snobby. They are friendly for the most part, but current residents' needs often get put behind potential residents'. They also "nickle and dime" you. It would be nice if they offered lease terms less than 1 year too. In my opinion, it's not worth the cost of rent unless you use what it has to offer on a very regular basis.
