The apartments have a luxury appearance; however, have been built quickly and poorly constructed. While the noise level continues to be evident due to poor insultion, many of the buildings are now settling and possess signs of cracking. This complex prides itself on the many amenities it offers such as a world class gym, movie theatre, game room, and bowling alley, which are usually unavailable most of the time due to maintenance issues. Folks needing flexible lease terms, should consider all options because 6 and 9 month leases are not available.
