nice features, but some annoyances

overall i like my apartment but theres a few things that im not happy about-1st when I moved in part of crown molding was chipped that never got fixed, also in living room theres obvious seam in crown molding which they shouldve just used 1 longer piece instead of piecing 2 shorter pieces and my bathtub must have not been installed correctly because water doesnt drain all the way so water just tends to sit in middle of tub and i was told they couldnt do anything about it, there was also chip in tub that they had to fix too. The inside of my pantry door the paint is bubbled. the beige paint easily smudges. doors are not aligned that great. overall construction seems poor and shortcuts were taken. The pool area and clubhouse is nice but fitness center is kinda small and they dont have enough cardio equipment its mostly weight machines. parking is getting increasing worse, when i come home at night all the spaces in front of bldg are frequently taken, then i have to drive around the corner to get to back parking. other thing is inconvenient is mailboxes are in separate bldg which mine is around the block from my bldg which is hassle to get to every day. not sure if im going to renew when my lease expires. overall area is nice, most neighbors dont get too rowdy.
