We lived here from 2005-2006 in between selling one house and buying another. We had a large 2bd 2ba unit with f/p. We liked it alot...especially the west-facing view from the buildings on the west side of the property. Yes, the walls are thin, but this is a problem with almost all apartment complexes. If noise is a problem for you, then ante up the money to rent a single family house! My sister lives here now in a 1bd den and likes it alot. Both of us feel the top floor is worth the extra money for the fireplaces, the quieter space, and the views. And the excercise from climbing 40 steps keeps off the extra lbs! We had an interior garage which we also felt was worth the extra money in the winter! The location is near a convenient interchange. We did wish that there was a closer grocery store, but I'm sure as the area develops, a closer grocery store will sprout up.
