I stayed at this apartment for one year. It was a nice experience till I moved out.
The management sends me a cleaning bill of 530$ which is absolutely ridiculous. So I lose my 300$ deposit and I had to pay extra 230$. I was threatened with reporting the matter to collection agencies and hurting my credit history. I was paid 200$ as referral when a friend of mine signed a lease here. And I had paid 30$ for key replacement, the record of which was missing in my file. So I guess the extra 230$ was a way to retrieve back the referral paid to me the key replacement (200 30 ).
I sent the 230$ plus a letter stating how the corporation is bullying an individual like me. So unless you dont mind losing your security deposit plus any referrals go for it. I wont recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I had a great experience living at Harrison Hills. When I vacated my apartment I turned in all my keys, did all the cleaning, and received my security deposit back in full. The girls in the office are great. Obviously this apartment must of been sick to receive such a high charge, or perhaps he damaged something?
