My wife and I have lived in these apartments for about a year and a half now. Unfortunately we have to move out because we are being relocated. To start, the price of these apartments is definitely high for Omaha, NE. But the saying that you get what you pay for is definitely true with these apartments. We have had a wonderful experience with these apartments and the managers. The office staff is extremely nice and professional. Maintenece is done in a timely fashion and the grounds are contantly being cleaned and kept pristine. While our overall experience has been great my car was broken into. I don't think there were really breaking in to steal anything, I think it was more of a vandalism strike. Many cars were broken into having their windows smashed. It was unfortunate because these apartments are actually in a very nice part of town. We got a 2-car garage following that, but to this day that is the only time I saw any kind of vandalism on the property.
