Rattling Windows

The apartment is a C-.

On the positive side, management will quickly respond to all your maintenance needs but on the negative side of things you will have to call them often.

The neighbors bug problem is spreading to ours and the windows rattle every time the wind blows.

I have lived here a few years and still can't get used to the windows rattling.

The cold air can be felt coming in through the windows.

There seems to be an unusualy high tenant turnover.
