Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
I have lived at this apartment for years, and I am trying to save every dime to get out.
Things are CONSTANTLY broken in my apartment. I cannot count the number of times I have had to call the maintenence man. My one bedroom is located on the first floor, and my hall closet was once flooded by the laundry room. They did not seemed too concerned.
Last summer when it was 100 degrees outside, they decided to put in new air conditioners. New system seems to work as good as the last. My complaint, couldn't this work have been done in the spring or fall' Not 100 degree weather. I live on the basement floor, and no air was even circulating. It was horrible. Once again, they seemed not so concerned.
I tell EVERYONE I know not to live here. It is worth the few extra dollars to move away. The new children across the hallway are constantly in the hallway playing. The parents send them outside, where they draw on walls, spit chewed gum on the floor, and blow whistles at 7 am. I have complained, and once again.. Not too much help from management.
