It's an ok place to live...I guess...

The apartments are very spacious...definately a good place to look if you have lots of stuff...and there is a large storage room in all apartments.

Plumbing has been an issue in my building lately. Seems like the water is off for awhile at least once per week...sometimes for 8 hours at a time. The management leaves notices ahead of time, so I guess that's a plus.

Laundry sucks...there are two sets of machines for 12 apartments. There are set hours that they are supposed to be used...that's ok except I work nights and am awake at night time on my days off...but can't do my laundry. I am moving to someplace that has machines in the apt itself. It's pretty expensive...1.25 to wash and 1.00 to dry...so have plenty of quarters on hand.

Insulation is pretty thin, since you can hear people going in and out of the main doors and their apartment doors, kids playing and running around in the halls, and the people in the apartment upstairs walking around like a herd of elephants. Also, the mailboxes are on the other side of my living room...and the mailperson has to slam it everytime he gets in and out of it...sounds like someone knocking down the whole wall. Not a good place to live if you work nights and expect to sleep during the day.

There's a hole in the ceiling where water leaked thru from upstairs...now it drips...

The parking kind of sucks since its all assigned...visitor parking is down a ways from some buildings...someone frequently parks in my parking spot and have had to revert to leaving a note on their window warning not to do it again...and towing them that fails.

My roommate and my lease has been up since May...now we are "month-to-month" which is ok, except our rent has increased twice since then.
