I would strongly recommend that you not rent here!!! I have lived at Shadow Ridge for 3 years and was just told that my lease could not be renewed. My rent was always paid on time the 3 years of residency.

They push blame on people for things without solid proof and when other places call for a lease recommendation they lie and say horrible things about you so you cannot get another place to rent. Does that make sense' Absolutely not!!!

I think it is more along the lines of a racism and have actually thought about persuing this in a legal matter.

The apartment I lived in was never updated. The toilet has been leaking for over 4 months now and no one has come to fix it after calling repeatedly. My neighbor had termites crawling out of her wall!!! Can you believe that and they just left a big hole and let it like that for 3 days.

These apartments were nice when I moved in but have gone to hell in the last year. They are letting anyone and everyone move in here.

During my 3 year stay my vehicle has been ran into twice in the parking lot and I am not talking a small hit but it dented my whole entire tailgate, it has been keyed up both sides, 3 slashed tires, and 1 broken windshield.

You judge from this though. Run far far away from this place as fast you can. This place is GHETTO. Oh and there are kids running around constantly with no supervision and believe it or not last summer some kids spray painted gang signs on the side of the pool house.
