Horrible. The maintenance was bad, and the office staff was very unpleasant. They treat you so well before you sign the paper work and then they could care less. We had monthly rent taken out of our accounts directly and they messed up one month after we had been there a year and forgot to take it out somehow. The next day they called us and said "We have not received your payment and you have three days to be out"! They didn't ask us "whats going on" or ask us for the rent. They TOLD us we have three days to be out! How lovely. Then after we had gotten that straightened out we moved to a different apartment Jan 15th. We canceled our heat and when we talked to OPPD they told us the apt complex would have to change the electricity over by calling. We told Yvette and she said she would take care of it. Then we got a notice from our bank because Shadow ridge had taken out ANOTHER months rent when we hadn't been there! It took them over one week to fix and we had over draft fees and etc. Every time we talked to them they treated us like it was our fault and we were the last thing on their priority list. We were not able to use our bank account for OVER a week! THEN... after that was straightened out we got a bill from OPPD for that apartment. We called Yvette and asked her what was going on and she said "that is your problem". I explained to her again what happened when we were moving out and that she had said she would take care of it and WORD for WORD she called us liars. How professional is that! She has done nothing but give a horrible attitude toward me and my husband. And to top it off she told OPPD that they would not cover the bill. So WE had to pay for a month when we weren't even there! If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble.... DONT MOVE HERE! It is not worth it! They dont even keep the place up! The halls are disgusting and the whole time we were there they didn't do a thing about it. It took them a month to change a light bulb! Save yourself the trouble and don't bother.
