Over the course of the 5 years we have lived here the place has gone down hill. It went from a brand new property to basically section 8. We were the first ones to live in our building. The construction is bad, the place is already starting to fall apart. The management changes at least once a year, and continues to get worse. No one is ever in the office, nor will they return phone calls. The maintenance is the worst I have ever seen. We can't even get them to properly remove the snow from the walkways. There are weeds for landscaping, and the parking lot has turned into an auto repair shop. Worst of all it seems that there are people living here rent free, just moving from empty apartment to empty apartment. It's also pretty bad when a repo man comes to the apartments to take the managers car. The only time you can get a hold of the management is if you happen to run into them on the street, and then they lie to your face about why they can't get things fixed. My lease can't come up soon enough.
