I have lived here for a year now and my lease is ending this month. When I signed the lease, the manager was very easy to get a hold of and always there to answer my questions. However, after I moved in, I quickly noticed that my calls were NOT being returned. Maintenence requests either take forever or don't get fixed at all. When I moved in, the dishwasher was broken and the manager sent her husband to repair it about a week after I reported the problem. It's almost as if we don't have anyone managing the apartments, but that can't be the case because someone is always very quick to cash my rent checks! Oh yeah, in our state, landlords are supposed to give their tenants at least 1 days notice before entering the property unless it is an emergency. These guys will post a notice on a corkboard by the front door the DAY they will be entering your apartment and then walk up to your apartment and say that they gave you a notice. They also put promises on that little corkboard stating that they will be fixing the parking lot for example. One of these promises stayed on the corkboard for over 6 months but the parking lot is still not fixed. I would recommend not moving here.
