I have lived here for almost a year now and since i've met with the landlord it's been a very good experiance. I was shown the exact apartment i would be moving into not a floor plan, Maintanance is always prompt and its very quiet. The maintanance man lives in the complex and is very very nice. You can always see him walking around the complex and if you need something fixed you can just tell him instead of calling the office. The apartments come with washer/dryer and you don't have to rent them like alot of apartments i've seen. The only thing i don't like about this complex is that the office is on the other side of town and there's no fitness center. I don't mind them not having a pool because that just makes it more quiet. It is also located in a very good, quiet neighborhood. I would definetely recommend.
