HELL NO! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   My fiance' and I were rarely there thanks to school and work so we kept a very very clean apartment. We spent two days after we moved out cleaning EVERYTHING and all we got from a $350 deposit was $62.00!!! The cleaning company claims to have spent 4 hours cleaning even though we left it spotless...including windows. We could understand $120 for painting and the cost of cleaning the carpet but to only get $62.00 back was not fair. We will NEVER stay here when we come back from MN.
