We have to contend with noisy neighbors who have a screaming kid, stomp and run throughout the place constantly, slam their doors, and whenever they are home there is a continuous loud thumping noise at regular intervals that I can't even imagine the cause of. We have complained to management on several occasions, but they simply don't seem to care; or at least it hasn't produced any results. In fact, I believe management sides with the noisy people and considers anybody who complains to be an annoyance! That, coupled with the constant traffic from the adjacent 96th street make this the absolute noisiest place we've ever lived. If you value your right to peace and quiet and want to avoid inconsiderate neighbors and management, look elsewhere. The amount of rent they charge is criminal for what we've had to suffer though.

Additionally, although they are nice looking and have newer construction, this is all superficial. There is minimal insulation, which of course contributes to the noise heard, but also causes the furnace and air conditioner to run constantly, increasing the utility bills. And although the grounds have copious light fixtures, many of the bulbs burned out long ago and have never been replaced.

Wow, things must of changed in the 18 months since we moved out, we loved it there.

Yeah! Just wait until you move out and try to get any of your deposit back. Suddenly after only living there just a very short time we are being charged for the carpet replacement and also painting the entire place. Funny thing is, I had only hung 4 pictures in the entire place, figure that one out. Not to mention the 4 hours of cleaning that we were charged for when even the Manager had agreed initially that we had done a good job cleaning! Watch out at this place!!!!!!!!!!!!
