I would not recommend renting from here. In my opinion the business practices of this company are very questionable. If you decide to live here based on appearance I would think twice. Wait until after your first years rent is over. They will try to force you into signing a much higher rate and if you do not sign then you will be offered an extremely higher rate for month to month. Also if you decide then you are not staying after the first year they will come up with all kinds of exit fees and damages they state you have done while living there not to mention the extra fees while living there. Also, I just finished reading through the Nebraska state rental laws, if you paid pet rent it appears to be illegal in the state of Nebraska. Maybe talk to your lawyer about getting your money back.
