Watch out when you leave! These clowns charge a "re-rental" fee on top of the rent balance if you have to vacate before the lease expires! I moved out on May 10, 2007 and paid rent up to the day the new renters moved in on July 16th. I was never late with the rent and the new renters

Noisy Residents, Uncaring Management, and Outrageous Rent We have to contend with noisy neighbors who have a screaming kid, stomp and run throughout the place constantly, slam their doors, and whenever they are home there is a continuous loud thumping noise at regular intervals

Likely the best place in Omaha area I lived there from Sept of 2005 to Dec of 2006 and would STILL be living there if it was up to me. The wife wanted a new home with equity but I enjoyed everyday there, the indoor pool, the expansive weight room, the quiet nights with no loud parties

Excellent apartment homes for reasonable people Having owned a home for 33 years before moving to Omaha, I was concerned about giving up my privacy and "space". But Southwind Villas was perfect for us.
