You can stop by or call and request to take a look and maintenance person gets to things very quick. I ride my bike to Wesleyan, close enough and my roomate walks to East Campus. Recommend for college students - I lived here when I was pregnant. You get what you pay for. It isn't a horrible place to live, but for $425 you're not going to get everything in the world. The laundry facilites were over a block away from my apartment which got to be annoying. The noise level of my neighbors wasn't horrible.
