I came across this web page as I was searching for Amberwoods home page.. I wanted to write the owners to see if they cared what kind of facility was being run here. There is garbage spewed everywhere: broken glass, empty beer botttles & aluminum cans and empty paper cups just to name a few. I asked for 4 burned out lights to be fixed the showed the way from the building to the courtyard. After 6 weeks of asking, 2 are now fixed. The security light that shines on the courtyard' Burned out. When asked for it to be fixed, a tenant was told it was to expensive to replace. As for getting anything fixed in your apartment, just hope it isn't an emergency. I may sound like a spurned tenant, but I am just sick of the way this place is kept and people should be aware of it. Most of us live here because it is 1 of only 2 places in Lincoln that accept large breed dogs. They have a monopoly and they are aware of it. So my advice, live here only if you must but be ready to live in an enviroment that you would expect to pay half the rent for.
