My title says it all. This place is horrible, I moved here because I have a large breed dogs and this is one of two places that excepts dogs, if not for that simple fact I would not live here. My car's windsheild was broken and the car was looted but when the complex was notified we were informed that it was a matter for police and not them. We had neighbors who blasted music all night and all day long and when the apartment complex was notified they didn't care, and told us too keep complaining.....4 months later when there lease finally expired they moved away, this place isn't even good enough for the rif raff of society. Dog waste management by tenants is not enforced, so the few owners who actually care get stuck with a bad reputation. They lie about health code violations in hopes of scaring people into telling management on other tenants(that is what I call a community atmosphere). They come into the apartment once every two week to "spray for bugs", "show the apartment to potential buyers", or "for routine maintenance" and when you advise them that you do not want them to enter they tell you that it is too bad. None of the cupboards match and the counters are crap. The windows get frost on the inside...thats right the inside. During storms the windows blow into the apartment and allow gushes of water to race into your apartment. The toilet constantly leaks. The balcony is unstable and could fall off of the build anyday. The apartments have no insulation and the a/c constantly freezes during the summer. The closet doors come off of the runners every day and noone cares to fix it. The dishwashers are horrible and they stink (like they smell like garbage). The sinks leak all of the time. Hot water heater leaks constantly and so does the furnace of any condensation, when you try to get them to change the filter they don't care and ignore your requests.Carpet is crappy and falls apart very easily, same with flooring in bathroom and kitchen. Caulking molds in the bathroom and than stinks no matter how much you clean it.

Sorry for you year in hell, but this is the funniest review I ever read. I was about to give them a call and view an apt, but this review only stopped me from calling then. THANK YOU!!!!!
