In the real world things break down whether you own a house or rent an apartment. Heaters and air conditioners break down everywhere you live,not just here. If maintenance isn't responding immediately for you,it makes me think the problem might be you. They have been prompt for us. We have lived in several apartments aound the U.S. and have owned our own home. I suppose this could skew my perspective.If you don't like people coming into your apartment you should have read your lease before you signed it. It is stated clearly. This again brings to mind the immaturity I spoke of earlier.We do have two complaints about living here, however. First, leash your dogs. Second, clean up after your dog's waste. I have never known apartments to have or need "poop police". It is assumed adults will take care of their own waste.

I am not a college student and i have in fact lived in many different apartments and also own my home. So i can honestly say that these apartments are crap. I would be afraid to live here with children, i wouldnt even make a dog live here. i have not had a problem with mantainence being on time just that they are constantly needed. there should never be this many problems on any unit. Between the airconditioner and the bugs i am afraid to fall asleep at night because i may never wake up.
