Amberwood is most certainly the worst complex in Lincoln. The management are a bunch of 20 somethings who don't have a clue about running a complex. When I lived there, it was owned by a company in Kansas City who could not have cared less about any problems as long as they were still turning a profit. It's filthy, the grounds are covered in dog poop because managment won't enforce the pet rules, not to mention the large dogs running loose without leashes. When we lived there, the tennant above me let his dog out on the balcony to potty and we had urine running down our sliding glass door with urine icicles hanging from the balcony roof in the winter...AND management would not do anything about it. The noise is terrible and the tennants are mostly rude white trash. I would definitely not recommend it.
